Casa Broner was built in 1960 as a home and studio of German architect and painter Erwin Broner (1898-1971). Declared of Cultural Interest in 2000, is a key piece of modern architecture in the Balearic Islands.
After careful restoration -conducted by the study of the architects Isabel Feliu and Raymond Ollé- opened to the public in order to raise awareness on the important legacy of Erwin Broner as artist and architect, and promote research, documentation, preservation and dissemination of modern and contemporary architecture, as well as rural architecture, landscape architecture and the territory in Ibiza and the Balearic Islands.
